If you’re planning on being in the Kalamazoo, MI area this weekend, or just feel like taking a road trip, come on out to SQLSaturday #160 at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. There are some fantastic speakers lined up, including Brent Ozar, Jeff Moden, Eddie Wuerch (giving a 2-part series on SQL Server Internals that I’m especially looking forward to), Arie Jones, Jason Strate, Wendy Pastrick, Hope Foley, Tim Ford, and many more.
The Cleveland contingency will also be well-represented by Allen White, talking about using PowerShell to manage SQL 2012 on Server Core, and Adam Belebczuk speaking on AlwaysOn readable secondaries. I’ll be giving my blogging session at the end of the day, so stop in if you need something a little lighter after all that learnin’.
Following the event, I’ll be heading up the Grand Rapids to visit friends and round out the weekend with a golf scramble. And, no, I don’t golf.
