I downloaded and installed SQL Prompt from Red Gate this morning. If
you aren't aware, PromptSQL was bought by Red Gate and renamed SQL
Prompt as they are working on improving the product. Several other
bloggers have posted about Red Gate offering SQL Prompt free until September 1, 2006. You can find the offer details here:

You'll have to enter in your email address and some contact information
to get to the download, but it is free and installs just fine. I had
PromptSQL installed and it went ahead and uninstalled that version. The
interface is a bit different from PromptSQL, so if you're used to that
product, it'll take a bit of getting used to. Overall it seems a bit
faster and I like the fact that the SQL Prompt icon pops up a balloon
when it's retrieving metadata.
