I will be speaking on Women in Technology and the challenges that women face at the office as well as at home and how each and everyone could help create a better environment where women could grow to her potential.  I am a firm believer that with the right environment and support system, women could achieve almost anything she wishes if she work hard enough.

This discussion is gear toward women, but the same concept also apply to men who want to reach this same goal.  I encourage everyone to attend and participate at this session and help shape the future workforce of tomorrow.
