It has been a trying month to month and a half with the implementation of Microsoft's CRM 3.0 product. By the very nature of the application, there is a signficant amount of data conversion/import as well as mapping and aligning the application to the business processes of our customers. I finally feel like I can breathe again... with that said, I should hopefully be able to devote more time to "extracurricular" things like blogging, reviewing QoDs (and hopefully submitting a few more), and writing articles again.
