Summer camp has begun. Sure, people are still en route, but a whole bunch of us are already here and tweeting/blogging/networking/listening with furious joy.
I’m in on-campus MVP sessions today and tomorrow, so there’s not a whole lot of techie content I’ll be able to share. BUT, Aaron Bertrand (blog, Twitter) has kindly blogged today’s big non-NDA announcement about changes in Denali’s Resource Governor. So that’s a good start!
To get you in a little on the “networking” side of things, here are the most recent blogs of a few folks I was lucky enough to talk to today:
- SSRS runs some crappy queries against the ReportServer Database, Denny Cherry (Twitter)
- The Fundamentals of Storage Systems – Introduction , Wes Brown (Twitter)
- Tell me a Story, Geoff Hitten (twitter)
- Denali T-SQL at a Glance – New and Enhanced Functions, Itzik Ben-Gan (Twitter)
- Did You Know? I’ll be teaching my Internals Class online!, Kalen Delaney (Twitter)
- Here, There, and Everywhere; Speaking in Fall 2011, Part 1, Kevin Kline (Twitter )
If you’re here, remember to make use of the free PASS Summit 2011 Cheatsheet I made you…either print one for yourself, or get one from me or Sean. And tonight is the 6pm Monday Night Networking Dinner with Steve Jones and Andy Warren…remember to register!
If you’re not here, remember to follow along at home with my convenient guide.
Happy Summit!
