I’ve been struggling for months to bring this blog back to life. I’d love to produce content dedicated to the latest bells and whistles in SQL Server, but I don’t have the time to dedicate to keeping up with everything new. After lots of contemplation and some guidance from other bloggers, I’ve decided to write about what I do know – the basic everyday stuff that I deal with on a daily basis.
Today marks the start of a new blog series about basic SQL Server “stuff”, real beginner-level stuff. In keeping with the superhero theme of the blog, I’m calling this beginner series “Origins”. Every superhero has an origins story – here’s hoping this basic content becomes the origin of your own SQL Server heroics.
I’ll try to add each new post as a link in this one, to build an index of sorts. In case I miss one, you can find them all using the “Origins” label on the right-hand side.
