There it is the SQL Server Migration Assistant or SSMS for MySQL, it comes for both versions SQL Server 2008 & 2005.

The SQL Server Migration Assistan 2008 differs from SSMA 2005 that it supports migration also with SQL Azure.

Supported Operating Systems are Win 7, Win Server 2003, Win Server 2008, Win Server 2008 R2, Win Vista, Win XP. It is designed to work with MySQL 4.1, 5.0 and 5.1 and all editions of SQL Server 2005 & SQL Server 2008 including SQL Azure.
