With so many folks out there struggling and loking for new opportunities you may want to take some time away from Getting you Monster on, rolling the Dice or any other practice and check out the SQLPASS Job Board. This is a great resource for those of you looking to find good talent or post some resumes to find a new opportunity to rid yourself of your current pointy haired boss. There have been some high profile career moves in the SQL World lately but remember that yours should be helping you expand your horizons or meet another priority in your life. I am challenging all of you to post your resume and see what kind of response you get. Don’t do this if your growing where you are, but you can post anonymously and it’s a great way to see who else might be looking for you to help them grow too!
