Obviously the title of this post is an exercise in bad grammar, but it’s a little catchy. Well, maybe not, but a post needs a title.
But let’s get to the point. Turns out a few days ago Kalen Delaney (Blog | @SQLQueen) got a letter from Operation Smile. To date, SQL Server MVP Deep Dives 2 has generated $8,200 for their charity. That translates to full surgical and post-op care to 30 children!
Let’s be honest, that’s awesome! Thank you to everyone that has purchased the book. If you haven’t yet and are thinking about it – I highly recommend it. Reading 60+ chapters from 60+ SQL Server MVPs talking about some of their favorite topics makes for some compelling content.
