I just had a call with John Baldwin who is leading the effort in Birmingham and there plenty of action behind the scenes. There are still a few openings on the schedule and John is hoping to fill those by the end of the week, and would be nice if there were a couple more 'out of town' speakers. If you're an experienced speaker or just thinking about getting started, here's a good opportunity! I'll be attending and doing a presentation. I went up to visit the user group last year and Birmingham is a very nice area.
