Just crossed off my quarterly goal of planning SQLSaturday attendance for the next quarter (I’m writing this on March 31st!). I’ll be going to Jacksonville, South Florida, and Houston. Looking ahead I probably won’t do any in Q3 and will resume with SQLSaturday Orlando in October. I try to do one event a quarter on average. For this year I did SQLSat Tampa and Orlando Code Camp in Q1, three planned for Q2, none for Q3, probably one in Q4, for a whopping six! One a quarter is sustainable by most measures – time, effort, cost, impact on family.
