A few years back, I put together a blog series on SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) titled 31 Days of SSIS. This series focused on a number of lessons learned that I’d gone through with while working with SSIS. That version focused on using SSIS with SQL Server 2008 R2, which is now almost two version old.
Since the release of SQL Server 2012 and the upcoming release of SQL Server 2014, there’s been a few changes to SSIS. Some of which remove the need to perform some of the practices in the existing series and others that bring in other new opportunities for changes.
As a result, I’m planning to write a new series for SQL Server 2014. To prepare for that series, what would you, the reader, like to see represented in the updated and expanded series?
