Gantt charting for the holidays

Gantt charts in SSRS aren’t included in the 2005 release. You can purchase a third-party add-on or, if you can wait, these powerful project tools might make it in the 2008 release. Alternatively, you can do this now with the native RS Chart control by using the methods David Leibowitz provides.

Backing up the Database Encryption Key

In my SQL Server 2022 database, I run this:

USE Sales;
GO
CREATE DATABASE ENCRYPTION KEY
WITH ALGORITHM = AES_256
ENCRYPTION BY SERVER CERTIFICATE MyServerCert;
GO
This works, but I want to prepare for the future and potential issues. How do I back up my DEK?
