1.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. Must be

18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be

physically located in the United States. Entrants must have Internet

access and an email address by announcement date of sweepstakes. The

sweepstakes begins on July 26, 2005 and will conclude on August 5,

2005.

2. TO

ENTER: Participate in the survey and provide name, title and email

address where indicated. The answers to the survey questions will be

used to help us understand industry needs. All online entries must

be received by August 5, 2005 11:59 p.m. CST. Sponsor's computer is

the official time-keeping devise for the sweepstakes.

CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late,

misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information

whether caused by Web site visitors or by any of the equipment or

programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor

reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this

sweepstakes should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the

control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper

operation of the sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to
