AlwaysON 2014 Mulit Site Failover Cluster keep alerts and losing database connection

Please help , i see the critical alerts in the cluster events log mainly below one. Also when the Application trying to connect it keeps failing . Logs show that the Database connection is closed
Current Configuration HA site Node A and Node B and Disaster Site Node C and Node D
Node is Primary
Critical Errors 1177 and 1135
Event ID 1177 - The Cluster service is shutting down because quorum was lost.
Event ID 1135 - Cluster node 'XXXX01' was removed from the active failover cluster membership. The Cluster service on this node may have stopped
Event ID 1069 - Resource Manager error ---
I have applied the latest patches too still it keeps erroring -
please supply more detail around the connectivity between the sites and the quorum model you are using.
the cluster has 4 nodes, correct?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes Perry 4nodes 2 nodes are on one datacenter DC1 and Other two nodes in different state and datacenter DC2
Quorum is fileshare witness and node . File share witness resides on DC1 which is primary datacenter
Please let me know if you need more info
