Could anyone please advise me of any concerns surrounding coding/programming against a SQL2005 database versus a SQL2005 64-bit database? Do you have to do anything different (or be aware of anything different) when coding for SQL2005 versus a SQL2005 64-bit database?
thanks!

Nope - no concerns. Your client software won't know (and shouldn't) or care whether or not the database engine is running x64 or x86.
