    sp_help 'tablename' will get the info of foreign keys and table references.You can know the relationships between tables.Not sure about the diagrams..i think one need to create diagrams

    Relations are logical structures based on RI constraints. If you have set those constraints, you can auto-build a diagram. If you haven't set them up, then there's no way for the server to determine relationships.
