    Can a PC with no sql installed in it use only the osql utility to use dos command in selecting in our poduction server?

    Technically, yes. But it's against the license agreement.

    Ohh... I see thanks jeff 🙂 does express edition have an osql utility? can i use it? or it is just the same?

    I don't know if the Express edition has OSQL... but if it does, it falls under the same rules... you must install the entire product... not just OSQL.exe.
