I have an existing stored proc where the freight was calculated using the equal distribution, now i need to alter this stored proc with correct calculations and so can any one help me with this.

Before anyone can help you, you need to at least post the code in the proc. Most likely, you'll also need to post the table structure and insert statements for some sample data.

I can provide all the data but this is too big to post on this forum so if you can provide me your email I will revert your email with the data i am having.

Read GSquared's reply carefully it says
post the code in the proc
and
insert statements for some sample data.
. What is meant is 10 to 20 rows as a representative sample. Not all your data

A) The forum can take attachments.
B) If you click my name in the forum (where it says, "GSquared" above and to the left of my posts), there's an option to send an e-mail.
I'll keep an eye out for the e-mail, if you decide to send it. My spam filter is pretty aggressive and not friendly to e-addresses it doesn't know, but I can grab it out of the filter when it shows up.
Posting to the forum would be better, though. That way, if I'm busy, someone else might be able to help you.
