  Does anyone have suggestions where I can find a low-cost developer edition of BizTalk 2006 R2? A search on the Internet finds that even the developer edition is in the $400 and up range.

  is there a reason that you want biztalk2006 because you can biztalk 2010 develepor edition is free you can download it from
