Actually, I think I'm not doing a lot of "DBA" work these days, unless you count playing with the product. No real production support or development here. We have a network admin that doubles as the guy managing backups and jobs and there are 2 developers that do work here and there, not full time, on the site and database.
It pretty much runs itself from the DBA standpoint. From me administering the site...that's a lot of work 🙂
