Kind of new to database design and development. I am setting up a small production database to hold tables, we are using Access as the front end for the users.
What is the common practice to display the information in the database? I understand that the output can be placed in a text format and sent to any office suite product. As of right now, in our shop, only folks who have the access software loaded on there client machines can access the information. The folks at Microsoft suggested the Visual Studios suite, however the price tag on that option was steep.
