Where can I find this book?

    Hi:

    I've been trying to download the eBook Start to Finish Guide to SQL Server Performance Monitoring and Amazon doesn't what to sell it to me because of the area I live in (Puerto Rico). I tried to buy it from another site and after I did the payment trough Pay Pal the link for the download doesn't work and in the web site it seems that the product its no longer avaliable, at least it was only 16 bucks.

    Does anyone has an Idea where can I find this Book?
