Hi guys,
Need help here.
I want to know if transactional replication will alter the publisher's schema?
Like does it add rowguid column in tables?
thanks:D

Transactional replication doesn't change the publisher's schema.
Merge replication will add the row guid column if it does exist.

Thank you for the quick response.
But I have read from this link:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms151740.aspx
and it says that transactional replication will add msrepl_tran_version column
to every published tables.
I'm confused now. Please help...

If you read the article carefully, you'll see that this column is only added if you set your transactional replication up so that it supports queued updating subscriptions (poor person's merge replication).
If you are only doing bog standard transactional replication, nothing is added to the schema.
