Cannot generate SSPI context

  On our production server , from one of the logins whenver the user is tyring to access the databases with enterprise manager - we are getting this error :"

  Reason: Cannot generate SSPI context. Please verify SQL Server is running and check your SQL Server registration properties (by right-clicking on the server node) and try again.

  Server is sql server 2000 and it is runnig on domain account with all appropriate admin privilidges , even i am able to access everyting on server .

  Can anyone helo out on this !!!!!
