  Hi people! I am new at this forum and I need some help.

  I have an application that is installed in several clients. In one client they have this problem I attach in the picture.

  Someone has any idea what can be happening?

  I am assuming the message in english is "Database not found or you have no access to it".

  Check whether the user connecting to the server is defined on the server (Logins)

  Then check that the user is defined at the database level(Security\Users). Then check what permissions that user has.
