Incompatability problem replicating between SQL 2000 SP3 and SP4?

    Have any of you experienced problems replicating between SQL 2000 servers on SP3 and SP4?

    Is this a problem/bug/feature with SP3/4 or is it something inherent in the design of replication?

    Anyone found a work around for this?

    I am using transactional replication between SP4 servers and SP3 servers where both are subscribers or publishers and I have no problem with this. I must admit that the SP4 servers were installed from scratch and not upgraded.
