Hey,
I want to know how much will cost a clustering solution with 2 Sql Servers in an Windows 2003 server environement?
Do we have to by a SAN for the clustering?
We need a solution for a Web application which have to be up all the time and I think that the only solution is to do a clustering between the SQL Servers.
Do you have another solution?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think SAN is a requirement. The only requirement is that the disk should be shared and should be seen by both servers.

Note that SCSI clustering is not supported with Windows 2003.

Thanks for your answers.
If SCSI clustering is not supporting with Windows 2003, what kind of clustering is supported with?
Do you know when SQL Server 2005 will be released?
What we need is to have our system available 24 hours per day, so what should be the best solution with SQL Server 2000 in an Windows 2003 Server? It will be a WEB application.
Thanks in advance.
Respectfully yours,
Daniel
