  I haven't touched sybase for a while but I think it'd be something like:

  SELECT {columns}

  FROM sysusages, sysdevices

  WHERE sysusages.vstart >= sysdevices.low

  AND sysusages.vstart <= sysdevices.high

  I think :crazy:
