This isn't a SQL question at all but I hope you can help me with some suggestions.
We have set up a new Support team and we need to come up with a mission statement for our team. The team isn't actually called the support team but is called the Application Maintenance Team
Our full objective is to: Provide support services and an escalation point for all requests for assistance from internal/external customers relating to in-house developed applications. Application Maintenance Team will satisfy support requests (i.e. problem solving), minor enhancements and major functional enhancements.
I'm sure there's wit amongst you people out there. All suggestions generously welcomed.

Your objective is your mission statement. At least from how I hav seen it defined. Might need a bit of word smithing to make it shine.
"Provide concise support services for all requests relating to internally developed applications from all customers."
Just a possility, I was never no good at that grammer stuff in scool.

You're right. But the objective is a bit of a mouthful. Need something shorter with a bit of wit if possible.
