  Hello,We are running 8 SQL 2000 instances on 3-node cluster.I'm looking for solution of installing SP4 while minimizing downtime.As by book I have to do 8 reboots for all nodes - 1 reboot per instance after SP is applied.I will be very grateful for any help.Thanks,Gary

  I think you should be able to get away with doing all eight upgrades and then rebooting all the nodes at then end.  If you are careful about ensuring the right services are stopped while you apply the service pack, you may not need to reboot at all (although I think rebooting at the end would be a wise precaution anyway).
