All UK People!
Are you trying to find a job in UK?

You haven't really posted a question or described what you want to accomplish. You should explain what you are trying to do or accomplish, perhaps even a little bit of why and we'd be happy to help you. A sentence like the one you posted, isn't effective and doesn't communicate well because it has no context. No framing to let the reader know what you intend.

I am going to UK very soon.My TeamLeader said, you also interact with client people(UK) to gather information and you have to present your thought, ideas and opinions.
Also i have to send email about what i have understood in the meeting ,what is the proposed plan to complete the module etc.,
So will they expect proper and good english grammer or will they only look for my work ?
Suppose if they expect good english with correct grammer, actually i have around 40 days left. Within this 40 days if i sit for 15 hours per day, is it possible to get some knowledge in grammer ?
Effective Email - My TeamLeader is saying you should have effective email communication with client people.
How to improve Effective email communication ?
How to know whether my emails are written in effective ? I mean how to measure the effective of email ?
do your people have any material or know any best URL to learn about effective email skill ?

English is my second language too. When I first came to America, my English was not perfect. However people were more patient than you thought. If you talk to them and they don't understand, they will ask you again, speak slowly !!!!! When you talk to people, don't worry about the grammar too much, to me it is the accent that makes it difficult. People can understand if you speak improper grammar, however if you have a heavy accent, it will be the problem.
From what I gather from your post, you are from India and I work with a lot of Indian here. Some of them I can understand without any problem, but some of them I have no clue of what they are talking.
I don't know much about England but in America there are a lot of slangs. It took me a few years to get use to it.
Just an advice, don't be afraid to talk to your clients even they have a hard time to understand you in the beginning, the more they listen to your English, they will get used to it and things will get easier.

BTW I am here in America for over 20 years, my English is not perfect. Some people still tease me about my grammar. However not one of my manager complained about my documentation or specification. The content is more important than the grammar. Even American themselves, some of them cannot write proper English either.

True... but I'd still try. And, it's not just grammer... using the correct words can mean the difference between someone thinking that you're arrogant or trying to help. For example (I've seen this, a lot), consider the difference between the following...
"You give me answer".
"Thanks, I sure could use the help."

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.
