Difference between select count(1) and select count(*)

Is there any performance gain when the following statement
"Select count(*) from Table1" is replaced by
"Select count(1) from Table1".
Some light on this please?

Joe Celko says that all major products have standardized COUNT(*) and COUNT(1) to work with equal efficiency. Does anyone know that not to be the case in SQL Server?
