DTS and MSDE

    Need to write a few DTS packages for MSDE, have no access to SQL2K.... can anyone suggest any third party tools to help me (free or at least free to try) ...... can DTS packages be written manually? if yes can anyone point to any resources to aid this....

    It's not free but you could buy SQL Server Developer's Edition for about 64 bucks if you look around.
