Hi, I'm investigating setting up a warm standy server and came across the Simple Log Shipper (SLS) which allows you to setup log shipping with SQL Server Standard Edition. SLS is part of the SQL Server 2000 Resource Kit. Having checked on Amazon it appears that the Resource Kit is no longer being published although it is available used.
All I really want from the Resource Kit is the log shipping stored procedures. Does anybody have these and if so please could you send me copies.
Has anyone got experience of using SLS? Is it robust?
Thanks, Paul

Basically it's all about a manual process to move log backups and get them applied. Here's one such article from back in the SQL Server 7 days (the core concepts are still the same):
How to Perform Microsoft SQL Server Database Log Shipping
There are other articles/examples a Google search will turn up pretty easily.
