Changing ''SA'' Login Password Error with ''dbo'' user

  We have SQL Server 2000 SP3. When changing the 'SA' Login Account Password I received the following error (but the password change was made):

  "The name 'dbo' was not fond in the Users collections. If the name is a qualified name, use [] to separate various parts of the name, and try again."

  What does this mean? Does it mean there is no 'dbo' user in the database?
