Stored Procedures need 2 or 1 ??

  • I have a bit of a question.

I'm trying to do a sales report page on ASP.

The frist page, you enter in the customer and it gives you a summery of their sales.

You can then click on the customer and bring up a popup that will give you a detailed version of their sales (list part numbers).

Would it be better to have two stored procedures to do this, or do it all in one?

  • 2, they don't do the same thing, and they won't always run when the other is ran.
