Hello all. Since microsoft.com is of no help, I'm turn to some real professionals. My boyfriend's Norton Anti-Virus picked up a supposed Trojan virus, on his Windows 2000 system. He restrarted the computer it could not log back into Windows. So..he is stuck. Does anyone have a guess for any help for this? Thanks

Sarah,
Normally you would select Last Known Good Configuration if you did not login successfully to roll back to well, last good configuration.
Please, look up on the Microsoft website from some other computer how to select "Last Known Good" configuration for your computer type or look it up on the computer manufacturer web site, like Dell or whatever you have.
Another option boot up from the Windows CD and during the boot select to Repair the installation. You have to look up the sequence of actions on Microsoft website. See

Perform a Repair Installation

You might also want to ask the guys at the MS hosted Windows newsgroups. Microsoft.com provides an easy to use and convenient way to access Usenet.
Good luck!
