Hi All,
I am trying to implement Log Shipping on my server. And i gone through the BOL for this one and it says in the Enterprise manager "Database maintenance planner" we will get one option
"Select the Ship the transaction logs to other SQL Servers (Log Shipping) check box". But i am not getting this option.
Do i need to have Enterprse addition of the server to do the same?
Please clarify me..

pls check your SQL server Version
if it is Entripriser
it management->database management plans-
->right click on database management plans
-->at selectdatabases at down side u will get logshipping option

You do need Enterprise edition to do Microsoft log shipping. Here's a link to an article for a home grown log shipping solution that can be implemented on Standard edition.
