I have downloaded a copy of SQLH2 and have it installed and working. But, I was wondering if anyone knew where I can obtain information about what is stored in each table? I would like to do some querying on these tables.

Don't worry about querying the tables, load up the reports for Reporting Services, they're pretty cool.
The tool itself is still a beta release so I don't think you'll have much luck in getting any response.

- My performance counter is not showing the list of servers. It only show the local server. I have followed the instruction on editing the XML file and done exactly as stated. What do I do?

Is this in the Configuration Tool? If so, you will only see the Performance Collectors there. The collector reads from the XML configuration file to gather the data from the other servers and store it in a local file.
If you open the text file you'll see
a) a list of computers that data is being collected from
b) a list of counters being collected
Below this is the actual performance data.
