how to monitor memory usage page/sec on box

    I need to monitor memory usage (page/sec) on a sql server box 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. 

    Right now I am using system monitor but the monitor stops counting when the server restarts.

    Any ideas on how to make the counter continue after a restart without manual intervention?

    Save the current counters and when the server restarts, begin the counters again. Now you will have a continuation, it just means the counters will be saved to a differnet file.

    Thanks for your response.  Well, that is an option.  However, the amount of data not captured is related to the time it takes for someone to always remember to get back into the server and turn the switch back on after every server restart.

    So are there any other options?
