I am setting up Transactional Replication in which the publisher is setup to use distributor 'A'. There are several publications that use this distributor. I have created a publication. I want this publication to use a different distributor ('B'). When I try to set up a new Push Subscription, I am defaulted to distibutor 'A' and I need to use distributor 'B'.
Can anyone tell me how I can configure this publication to use a different distributor so I can set up the Push Subscription?

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to do, but does this help?
I believe that a Publisher can only have one Distributor. A Distributor can have multiple Subscribers. The Transactional Replication uses the Log Reader Agent and moves the Inserts/Updates/Deletes to the Distributor. The individual Subscribers can then get these changes by either a Push or a Pull Subscription.

From the distributor, you must specify wich are the publisher that uses that distributor.
You can do it from EM, in the properties of Replication.
