  This message is firing off every 15 minutes.  Any Ideas???

  The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber {C2F23AE4-82D8-456F-A4AF-A2655D8CA726}. CoCreateInstanceEx returned HRESULT 8000401A.

  Check to see if you have an SMS client running on the machine, if so, disable it and see if you still get the error.

  Thanks...Stopped the SMS AGENT HOST service and have seen no more warnings.  Server was rebooted the other day and the service was started.
