Hi guys
I have a problem with a merge publication. I have a Database (SQL Server 2000), it has data to be shared with clients (they use MSDE). I have created a publication to merge this data, after that I create the subscription in the client database. But when i sincronize it, the message i show is "no data to be merged".
I have tried to modify or to insert new data in the server database and these data is sincronized but not the old data.
It is possible to merge all data existing in database server by changing any parameter in the publication?
Thanks

Can you explain yourself a bit more?
When you do the synchronisation, did you specify that the snapshot should initially take place?
When you modified Data, what do you mean "the old data is not syncronised"?
Remember that Synchronistation and Transactions Replicating are 2 different things!

The old data will not be syncronized if you select "subscription already has schema and data", when you create the subscription.
If you select "Yes, initialize schema and data", then the articles will be created on the subscriber and the data will be populated as well. Make sure the database (articles) at the subscriber are identical and contain the data for this option to correctly work.
