We are trying to set up SQL Server Clustering. Multiple Instances (Active/Active) 2 nodes with 2 Instances. One Instance per node. The problem is, we are also using HPs Virtual Replicator. The SA has the Quorum drive, MSDTC and the Transaction logs on 3 logical drives on the same Raid 1 spindle. Does anyone see a problem with this? I want to put the Quorum drive on it's own physical disk, but the SA doesn't want to waste space. With the Transaction Log drive on this physical disk, we can't add it to the Pool created on the Virtual Replication and so SQL Server can't find the drive when I try to create a new database. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We alreays keep Quorum drive in its own disk. You should also place the transaction log file in separate drive too.
