Monitor Server for Log Shipping

    Hi guys can anyone tell me if there are any issues with making a server that is monitoring other servers in log shipping

    a primary server?

    It's just that when I set up a database on this server for log shipping, the monitor begins to report that the all databases are out of sync. Even though the files are being shipped and restored?

    I personally have never had that issue. can you give some detail? are you just pointing all your alerts to this box or is it setup as a master server?

    Pointing all alerts to this box and is setup as a secondary server.
