Hello ...
I have trouble with sql auto start service. Today when I log in my computer, the sql service is not auto started. I've already check the auto start service when OS starts. Although I click 'Start/Continue', it won't start. I check Server Name and Service is correct. If you have any idea, pls help!

Is the service set up to run under a user account? If so, has the password been changed or the user deleted from the domain?

Hi,
thanks for interest my problem. the service is set up to run under that user account and i don't change the password or don't deleted that user from the domain. Anything else?

Check the Event log (and possible SQL Sever log) for errors. The Application file in the event log should provide more clues as to why this won't start.
