I have created two server bill01 and bill02 using SQL mode of authentication. I would like to create trasactional replication between these servers . One server will act as distributor and publisher and the other server being the subscriber.
When i tried to create the distributor,publisher for replication, I came across the following message(s).
a) While setting up Bill01 as the publisher/distributor
"distributor_admin is not defined as a remote login in the server "
b) While setting up Bill02 as the publisher/distributor
"null is not configured as a distributor"
Why are these messages appear ? how to successfully replicate between these two servers.
Need assistance from forum members

Think maybe it has to do with how you registered the server, use the name instead of local?
