Greetings,
I'm fairly new to SQL and replication. We run transactional replication and currently do nightly full backups and logs every 15 minutes. We'd like to turn the <sync with backup> switches on to insure the data synchronization between the publisher and the subscriber. Some of the managers are concerned that this may have a negative impact on the performance of our publisher (our primary app.).
Has anyone had any experience using <sync with backup> with replication? If so, have you every encountered any problems with this? What potential impact might this have and what should we monitor?

Have not used it so this is far from authoritative - but I'd think the only affect would be that your logs are possibly going to be larger.
