  Are there any debugging tools available for SQL Server?

  I was wondering, if I were to start writing a debugging tool,

  where should I begin?

  I want the debugger to have the same functions as the Visual Basic Debugger.

  In SQL Server 7 and 2000, a debugger is available in Query Analyzer.
